Cancellation Policy
•A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. •Arriving late will incur additional fees: up to 10 minutes (no fee); $20 per 15 minutes thereafter. Service may have to be moved to another time slot if you arrive more than 20 minutes late. •Additional guests are not allowed to wait in the studio while you are receiving a service. •Appointment times outside of our working schedule incur an additional $50 fee, including early morning and late evening bookings.
