Bookings
We recommend booking with at least 30 days' notice to ensure we can provide the number of skilled artists required for your event, allowing us to deliver the best possible experience. If your event is less than 30 days away, please still contact us as soon as possible; we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, please be aware that additional fees may apply for last-minute bookings due to the increased logistical challenges involved. Early booking helps guarantee availability and a smooth, personalized service for your special occasion.
At Pop-up Beauty Co., our pricing is thoughtfully structured to reflect the skill and expertise of our artists, ensuring they receive fair wages for their talents. Rates vary depending on the type of service you require, the number of artists you book, and the length of your event. Booking multiple artists or extending the duration of your event can provide more value, as longer bookings are eligible for our best rates. This flexible pricing approach allows us to tailor our offerings to your specific needs while supporting our artists fairly. Please contact us with your event details for a quote!
Yes, we carry professional liability insurance and can provide the following for an additional fee: Additional Insured, Early Notice of Cancellation, Specific Waiver of Subrogation.

Pop-up Beauty Co. offers glitter and and professional make-up services throughout Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio, with Austin as our home base. We do not charge a travel fee for appointments within Austin city limits, ensuring a seamless experience for local clients. For services outside Austin, including Dallas and San Antonio, a travel fee may apply. However, we occasionally provide complimentary travel for bookings that meet a minimum requirement. We recommend contacting us directly to discuss your location and booking details so we can provide accurate information tailored to your needs.
