Cancellation Policy
•Payment for the event is due at the the time of booking. •Our business carries professional liability insurance; if the venue requires additional endorsements, additional fees will be invoiced: Early Notice of Cancellation $50, Specific Waiver of Subrogation $20, Additional Insured $15 •If paying by corporate check, event will be held for 7 days to allow for transit time. Contact me directly to book. •Cancellations and Rescheduling: You can cancel with at least 30 days notice for a full refund. If you wish to reschedule, we will attempt to accommodate your event based on artist availability. If you provide us with at least 14 days notice, a refund will be processed, minus a $100 non-refundable booking fee per artist. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 14 day notice will be refunded at 50% of the total booking. No refunds will be processed for events cancelled with less than 7 days notice.
