Cancellation Policy

Payments & Deposits •A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. •Payment is due prior to the start of service. Methods of accepted payment are cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Cashapp. •Card payments incur a processing fee of 3% of the balance. •ACH is a fee-free option available when booking at least 14 days prior to your event date. Creative Body Art Services •Our Gem & Glitter Bar can service up to 20 guests per hour. •A face painter can accommodate 12-15 guests per hour. •Our start and end times are punctual. Setup will start 30 minutes prior to the start time. •We will take the last guest 5-7 minutes prior to our end time. •We do not stay late to accommodate guests who arrive late. •Time can be added to your booking based on availability. •We will only design on children who are willing to get a design and accompanied by an adult. Thank you for understanding! Hair & Makeup Services •Our start and end times are punctual. Setup will start 30 minutes prior to the start time. •Staying late to accommodate guests who are running late will be billed in 30 minute increments at $40. •Please have clean & dry hair prior to a hairstyling service and clean face without makeup for makeup services. Setup •We provide a 4x4 table and chairs for artist and guest. •We kindly ask that you plan for our setup to be under a covered space to protect us and our supplies from harsh elements.
